At the beginning of the year, Black Tree Realty was nothing more than a name, a dream, and a big to-do list. As a brand-new brokerage, we knew the direction we wanted to grow, but first, we needed a place to plant our roots.

We found our office in the heart of Downtown Casper, a building with charm, character, and the raw potential to become something more. The walls were a deep navy, the carpet dated, the ceiling tiles worn, and the chill of a Wyoming winter seemed to live in the walls. But we saw the possibility, and we got to work turning it into something new.

In many ways, the renovation became a reflection of what it means to build something from the ground up. It was more than updating a space, it was a transformation that mirrored our vision for Black Tree Realty: something new, rooted in something old, shaped with care and a belief in what it could become. As the space came together, it began to reflect the same principles that guide our work, intention, purpose, and a clear sense of possibility when you start with the right foundation.

Now, that belief has turned into something real.

On Saturday, July 26th, we’re opening our doors and inviting you to celebrate the official grand opening of Black Tree Realty. Whether you’ve worked with us before, supported us from afar, or are simply curious to learn more, we’d be honored to have you stop by.

The Event

This is an open house-style gathering from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our newly renovated office at 140 W Midwest Ave. We’ll have light bites, drinks, swag bags, and a special giveaway for guests.

It’s our way of saying thank you, to the clients who’ve trusted us, the friends who’ve supported us, and the people who’ve encouraged us while we worked to bring this dream to life.

What we’re most proud of isn’t just the renovation or the new space. It’s what we’ve done. We’ve faced the early challenges of launching a brokerage, stayed true to our vision, and created a place where we can continue to grow and help others do the same.

We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been building.
